Types of home saunas
Choose the type of sauna that best suits your needs. We will custom-make each one.
Finnish home sauna (dry)
Finnish sauna is a classic dry sauna with high temperature and low humidity. Simply put, it is a room made of wood in which a stove creates a temperature of 70 to 90 ° C. It helps cleanse the body of toxins and support muscle regeneration after physical exertion.
Finnish sauna in a nutshell:
- temperature from 70 to 90 °C
- low air humidity, approx. 10%
- cleansing the body of toxins
- muscle regeneration after physical exertion
Wet home sauna – combi
The wet sauna combi combines wet and dry saunas thanks to a dual-function stove with a vaporizer. It allows for aromatherapy and creates a gentler, more humid environment.
Wet sauna in a nutshell:
- temperature from 60 to 80 °C
- high air humidity approx. 40%
- aromatherapy option
- strengthening immunity
- cleansing the body of toxins
Infrared home sauna (infrared)
Infrared heaters do not heat the entire room, but your body directly. The perceived temperature is between 50 and 60 °C and the sauna is ready for use after about 10 minutes.
Infrared sauna in a nutshell:
- temperature from 50 to 60 °C
- heats the body directly, not the room
- quick start (approx. 10 minutes)
Salt home sauna
A salt sauna is a wooden sauna with salt blocks in the walls. The salt, under the influence of temperature, has a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract, skin and allergies and allows for salt inhalation.
Salt sauna in a nutshell:
- temperature according to the selected stove
- saline inhalation
- medicinal effects
Herbal home sauna (wet)
In an herbal sauna, oils, herbs and aromas play a major role. The essences are absorbed through the skin and inhaled and have a relaxing and healing effect – on the respiratory and immune systems as well as the skin.

- temperature from 45 to 70 °C
- air humidity from 30 to 40%
- absorption through the skin and inhalation
